The money lands in your Stripe, not ours
Connect your own Stripe account and payments go directly to you. Charge the full price, take a deposit, or let people pay when they arrive. Booklino takes nothing from a booking, on any plan, ever.

How the money moves
Straight from your customer to you
Booklino uses Stripe Connect. Your customer pays into an account you own and control, and Stripe pays you out on your own schedule. The money never passes through us, and we never hold your funds.
Stripe charges its own payment processing fee under your agreement with them. That is between you and Stripe; we never add to it and we take no share of it.
Zero commission
On every plan. The subscription is the whole price of Booklino.
Card details never reach us
Payment happens on Stripe’s infrastructure. We store a reference, never a card number.
Your payout schedule
Stripe pays you out directly, on whatever schedule you set with them.
Ways to charge
Per service, not per business
Each service decides how it is paid for, so a fifteen-minute trim and a full-day session do not have to follow the same rule.
Pay in full, online
The whole price at the time of booking. Best for services where a no-show costs you the slot outright.
Deposit that holds the slot
A percentage or a fixed amount. The appointment is confirmed when the deposit clears; if the customer walks away, the slot is released rather than sitting blocked.
Pay at the business
Nothing online at all. You do not need Stripe connected to start taking bookings. This is the default until you set it up.
iDEAL and cards are both supported, which matters in the Netherlands where most people reach for iDEAL first.
The math
What a percentage actually costs you
Marketplaces take a share of every booking, forever, and the share grows as you do. A subscription does not. Move the slider to your own monthly takings.
Commission rates differ by platform and by country; 15–20% is a typical range for booking marketplaces. Payment processing fees apply either way.
Compare the three plansNo-shows
The people who keep not turning up
Deposits solve most of it. For the rest, Booklino counts no-shows per customer, and if it keeps happening you can block that person, matched on both phone number and email, so a new address does not get around it.
A blocked customer gets an ordinary “that time is not available” message rather than an accusation. There is no argument to have, and no shared blocklist between businesses. Your decision applies to your business only.
