Running the day
The screen matches the room
A calendar is only useful if it is true. Everything that happens in the shop can be recorded in the same place, so the day on screen and the day in front of you never drift apart.

Staff
Everyone keeps their own hours
Each staff member has a weekly schedule, their own days off, and the services they personally offer. Customers can pick the person they always see, or take whoever is free first. In that case Booklino gives the booking to the least-loaded person that day.

A member of staff can have a login of their own, and starts with access to nothing at all. You tick what they may see — the calendar, the booking list, the customer list, turnover — one capability at a time, and untick it the day they leave. Billing, your tax details and the team itself are never on that list; they stay with you. Permissions are read fresh on every request, so withdrawing one takes effect immediately rather than whenever a session happens to expire.

Every confirmation carries a private link to cancel, inside the notice period you set. To move an appointment a customer cancels and books again, or messages you.
