What you need to know before your first booking
Short answers about the booking page, your calendar, customer changes and how payments work.
Getting started
The basics
Booklino gives your business a public booking page and a live calendar. Customers choose a service, an available time and, when you enable it, a payment option. The confirmed appointment appears in your dashboard automatically.
No. Customers can book from your public link without creating an account. Their confirmation includes a secure link they can use to cancel the appointment, and to leave a review afterwards.
Yes. Your Booklino page is a link at booklino.net/your-name. Put it on your current website, in your Instagram bio, in WhatsApp, in an email signature, or behind a QR code you make from it.
Stripe saves your payment method when you approve Checkout. Your selected plan starts billing automatically after 14 days unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Bookings and availability
Keeping the calendar true

Yes. Add them from the dashboard and the occupied time disappears from the public booking page immediately.
Booking confirmations and reminders are sent to the customer. New bookings appear in your dashboard, where the day, the week and the full list are one screen away. Owner email notifications are not currently available.
Payments and follow-up
From confirmation to payment
Yes. A service can require full payment, a deposit or payment when the customer arrives.
No. Booklino charges a subscription and takes 0% commission from what your customers pay.
Online payments go through the Stripe account connected by your business. Stripe’s own processing fees apply under your agreement with Stripe; Booklino does not add a percentage commission.
Yes. Booking confirmations and appointment reminders are sent automatically, so the customer has the time, service and management link without asking you for them.
