The terms
What you agree to when you join
- What you earn
- 30% of eligible Booklino subscription payments we actually receive from a business you referred, after any discount, including VAT. The amount calculated that way is the total we pay you, and it includes any VAT or similar tax you are required to charge — tax is not added on top. A €100 payment produces €30.
- For how long
- 12 months from that business's first paid subscription invoice, so a free trial does not use up the term. There is no cap on how many businesses you refer.
- Subscriptions only
- Commission is earned on what a referred business pays Booklino for its subscription. Booklino takes 0% of that business's own bookings, so there is no booking revenue to share.
- Trials
- A trial that never becomes a paid subscription earns nothing. There is no payment for a signup on its own.
- What we do not deduct
- Payment processing fees are ours, not yours. They are not taken off your commission.
- Refunds and chargebacks
- If we refund a payment, or lose a chargeback on one, the commission it earned is reduced or reversed. If a refund itself fails and the money stays with us, that commission is put back.
- When it becomes payable
- Commission is held for 60 days after the payment it came from, so refunds and chargebacks settle before any money leaves.
- How you are paid
- By bank transfer, started by us, once your available balance passes €50. A smaller balance rolls over until it gets there. We hold your account name, IBAN and BIC encrypted, and use them for nothing but paying you.
- Who can join
- Joining is free and open to anyone with a verified Booklino account. Your link is issued automatically after you add where you are based and your payout destination. We review payout and compliance details before sending money and may ask for corrections or suspend an account we cannot safely pay.
- Your own tax position
- Whether you need to invoice us, and how tax applies to what you earn, depends on your own circumstances and on where you are. We settle those practical details with you in writing before your first payout.
- What is not allowed
- Bidding on the Booklino brand name in paid search, spam of any kind, coupon and deal sites, misleading claims about what Booklino does, and referring yourself or a business you own. Any of those void the commission.
- The businesses you refer
- You see how many people signed up through your link and how many became paying subscribers, and nothing else. A referred business is our customer, so we never show you its name or its details.
- Ending it
- You can stop at any time, and so can we. Commission you have already legitimately earned is not voided by either of us closing the account, and cancelling your own Booklino subscription does not affect it.
These terms apply from the day you finish setup and receive your referral link. If we change them we will tell you first, and a change never reduces commission you have already earned.

A Business subscription is €49 a month, so 30% is about €14.70 a month for 12 months, or roughly €176 per referred business. On Beginner it is about €68, and on Enterprise about €356. There is no cap on how many you refer.
Commission is held for 60 days after the payment it came from, so the refund window passes first. After that it becomes available, and we pay it out by bank transfer once your available balance passes €50. Anything below that rolls over.
By your referral link. Once you finish setup you automatically get a link of the form booklino.net/r/YOURCODE, and a business that signs up through it is recorded against you. They can also type your code into the referral field on the signup form, so the link is not the only way.
No. You see how many signed up, how many are paying, and the money that produced. The businesses themselves are our customers, and their names are not ours to hand out.
Anyone with a verified Booklino account can join for free. Add where you are based and your payout destination, and your link is issued automatically. Payout details still have to pass review before money can be sent.

Yes, and this is who the programme is really for: agencies, bookkeepers, web designers and consultants who already advise appointment businesses. What you cannot do is refer a business you own yourself.
Commission stops with their subscription. A refunded or charged-back payment reduces or reverses the commission it earned, which is why we wait out the holding period before paying. If a refund fails and the money stays with us, the commission is reinstated.
Commission is paid on subscription revenue only. Booklino takes 0% of your referred business’s bookings, so there is no booking revenue to share, which is rather the point of the product.
