About billing, plainly
Really. On every plan, forever. Your customers pay into your own Stripe account and Booklino never takes a share. Stripe charges its own processing fee directly to you, which we neither add to nor receive any part of.
Your selected paid plan starts automatically after 14 days unless you cancel first. Stripe saves your payment method at the start, but charges nothing during the trial.
Yes. Stripe securely saves a valid payment method for renewal, but you are not charged during the 14-day trial. Cancel before it ends and no subscription payment is taken.
Yes, in either direction, from your billing settings. Moving down hides the features that plan does not include rather than deleting anything, so if you go back up, everything you set up is still there.
You will be asked to move up before adding the next one. Nothing breaks and nobody is removed; the limit is checked when you add someone, never afterwards. That number counts everyone you roster, whether or not you have given them a login. Enterprise has no cap at all.
From your billing settings, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not ask why, and there is nothing to phone up about.
